I would like to take a multiple vitamin and mineral, but it upsets my stomach. What should I do?

A multiple vitamin and mineral containing whole food nutrients, digestive enzymes, and probiotics are easiest to digest, and very absorbent. Digestive enzymes and probiotics, an important part of our digestive system, make it possible to digest and absorb nutrients including proteins, fats, carbohydrates, vitamins and minerals. Digestive enzymes are found in raw fruits and vegetables while probiotics are found in fermented foods like yogurt, kefir, or miso. Complete with enzymes and probiotics, a whole food vitamin and mineral ensures daily intake of vital nutrients while keeping your tummy happy.  Please consult your physician before beginning a health or supplement program.

I’m stressed out! Is there something natural I can take?

Life can be very demanding; herbs called adaptogens can help our bodies “adapt” to stressful environments. These herbs can brighten our day by boosting our mood, increasing energy and stamina, and helping us to feel calmer by nourishing and strengthening the brain and central nervous system, the immune system, adrenal function, and liver function. A good adaptogen formula can contain herbs like eleuthero root, reishi mushroom, holy basil, rhodiola root, and schisandra berry. Look for formulas containing certified organic and custom wild crafted herbs. Consult your physician before beginning a health or supplement program. (Ref.: Smith, Ed. Is there a safe and all natural product that will help me feel better when I have aches and pains?

Yes.  Nature provides many herbs and nutrients which support the healthy regulation of inflammation in our bodies so we feel better. White willow bark combined with Meriva turmeric and ApresFlex boswellia can help to relieve pain and stiffness and improve joint flexibility and mobility. Turmeric root, used as a cooking spice in Indian cuisine, supports healthy inflammation responses in muscles and joints, is a potent antioxidant, and great for digestive health. ApresFlex is a clinically proven boswellia extract. The combination of these three herbs is safe for daily use. Please consult your physician before beginning a health or supplement program.
